mondae aft the course i ask myself. wat is leadership actualli? why do ppl nid leaders? wat shud the leaders do? i found out the ans somewhat. leaders are actualli there to lead a group (of course), or the groups will just be lost and dunno wat to do. leaders are to be there to lead the group in a common direction, so that they can reach a common goal. den i ask myself agn. what is the common goal in BB? as a csm, wat shud i do? ppl will sae bring yr cca to a greater height.. but how? how do u actualli do that? it is nt as easi as said to do.. tats wat leaders are for huh.. to find solution for tis. so the one that succeed will become a great ldr and their cca will soar high, while the one who didnt will cause their cca to remain at ground level. with great power comes great responsibilities huh.
